Andersen's EOGas system links our unique gas diffusion technology with advanced micro-processor control. The micro-processor keeps track of the bags in the sterilizer, and the operator may load new bags or unload finished bags while others are in process. For tracking purposes, when a bag is loaded, two labels are printed: one is placed in the log book, one is placed in the bag. Unique multi-load capabilities eliminate batch load restrictions.

Innovative unit-dose cartridges match the actual load volume, greatly reducing gas consumption.

Easy installation requires no compressed air or water source, only a dedicated outside vent and a single-phase AC outlet.

With Andersen's match load to cartridge method you never have to worry about tanks of EtO. Andersen Products offers cutting-edge technologies and over 30 years of expertise in sterilization with the only system that offers multiload capability.

Match Load Volume. Two bag sizes available:

  • The AN1005 is 18"x 24" bag size with only 5 grams of EtO used.
  • The AN1006 is 22"x36" bag size with only 11 grams of EtO used.

Design:

Its robust design and polyurethane body make the EOGas cartridge one of the most reliable vehicles for releasing the ethylene oxide gas.
